Terms and conditions

• 1 Welcome drink per person on arrival 😊 + 1 small breakfast per person if arrival is before 11 a.m.
• rich breakfast buffet from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
• welcome Minibar (first use free of charge)
• entrance to the Wellness Centre "Sensus Spa" with: Jacuzzi with hot water, sauna, steam bath, Kneipp path, emotional showers, Solarium (extra charge: € 10 minutes), relaxation area with herbal teas. Admission from 15 years of age onwards.

Welcome Spa Kit to be collected at Reception: bathrobe, sauna towel and slippers (first use free of charge, a surcharge applies for each change of linen)

Sensus Spa opening hours: daily from Monday to Sunday from 9am to 8pm

Opening hours Beauty Cabin (treatments/massages are subject to a charge): Thursday to Saturday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• pool towel hire (first use free of charge, a surcharge applies for each linen change)
• car park with video surveillance in Viale Dante Alighieri no. 10. We are in ZTL (limited traffic zone) and upon your arrival at the hotel we will ask you for your vehicle's number plate so that we can inform the Local Police (we can register a maximum of 1 vehicle per room).

• WIFI

Deposit: stays from 1 to 7 nights we require a deposit at least of 1 night of the reservation per room;
stays up to 8 nights we require a deposit at least of 2 nights of the reservation per room.

As required by the civil code in art. 1385,we reserve the right to withhold the depositor to chargean amount up to the full amount of the stay on the credit card in the following cases:

• failure to arrive (no-show)
• cancellation made less than 6 days before agreed arrival date
• early departure or delayed arrival

If the cancellation is received within 1 week from the foreseen arrival date, the deposit shall be returned or kept for a future booking.

Room facilities: hairdryer, safe, make-up mirror, minibar, phone, TV.
Room service € 12,00.

SPA: The price of the entrance only for our hotel guests is already on the room price included.

Dogs: € 10,00 per day (no access at the Dining room and on the pool area);

Cats: € 6,00 per day

Rates in added beds: up to 3 years free of charge, from 3 years to 12 years -50% of the rate per person, from 12 years - 20% (the rates include the stay with breakfast)

Payment methods, reservation and cancellation policy

Payment methods: Cash, Bancomat, Visa, Master Card, American Express.

Reservation & Cancellation policy:We consider a booking confirmed upon receipt of of credit card details or the deposit by bank transfer on following conditions:

• stays from 1 to 7 nights we require a deposit at least of 1 night of the reservation per room
• stays up to 8 nights we require a deposit at least of 2 nights of the reservation per room
